So, here is three months worth of Birchbox of these days I have to be on time, right?!

derma-e scrub:  I love this stuff!  However, I think that Birchbox needs to back off on the whole wrinkle stuff, I'm only 34!  Ha, ha!

Read My Lips lip balm:  I love me some balm of the lip kind & this one does not disappoint, a lil pop of pink & some shine.

Marcelle eye makeup remover:  I ended up giving this to Trouble as she cakes on the eye makeup & it's typically waterproof.

Juicy Couture perfume:  I love me perfume but it has to be a soft smell & no citrus - this one followed that so I liked it.  :)

Beauty Protector leave-in conditioner:  I don't like using leave-in conditioner as it tends to leave my hair greasy looking.  So, I gave it to Sunshine to use.

Yes to Cucumbers facial wipes:  I am a sucker for facial wipes, I love them especially ones that are cucumber.  I did like these as I tend to wipe my face every afternoon at work.  However, when I ran out, I bought me the Burt's Bee's cucumber & sage...but I would buy these as well.

Amika Bombshell Blowout spray:  again, I always get nervous about putting things in my hair so another item that I gave to Trouble to try as she's always up for anything.

Embroyolisse moisturizer:  I cannot read this product but I'm sure it's for the old ladies again.  Ha, ha!  But I do like the stuff & use it.

Party Proof lipstick:  I'm not a fan of the sassy lipsticks so I gave this to Sunshine & she put it on for a lovely rendition of Wrecking Ball by Miley the end of it, she looked more like The Joker than Miley.  Why so serious?!  Ha!

Glow Getter nailpolish:  I have yet to try this.  It is in my nailpolish drawer & other nailpolishs have been picked to wear instead of this one.  So, this is a "To Be Continued..." review.

Whish shaving cream:  I love my Intuition but gave this a try & I disliked it very much cuz, well, I didn't like the smell (blueberry) & it wasn't easy peasy like my Intuition.

Supergoop! eye cream:  here I go feeling all old again but I REALLY like this stuff a lot.  It's a little thicker which makes me think that it's better, maybe it's not but I really like it.

Templespa lotion:  I love me some lotion & this stuff reminds me of a spa so I use it on my hands & arms at night.  It's almost gone & that makes me sad.  :(

Beauty Protector oil:  the thing that really ticked me off about this was that it didn't come with directions.  So, I had no idea how to use it so I went back to my junior high days of using V05 heated oil in my hair & did it that way.  I didn't particular care of it because I don't like using oils in my hair.

Cynthia Rowley brightening illumination:  something that I gave right to Trouble.  I don't wear foundations so right to her it went.  Do not pass go, do not collect $200.00.

& there we are, caught up again...for now.  Tee hee!

  1. I love the Yes to Cucumbers wipes. They smell so good and they're so refreshing!

    1. They are. Plus, I'm a sucker for cucumber. Ha!

Friday Five...

Why, hello, everyone.  'Tis that day of the week when we all pick five things to talk about.  So, if you would like to linkup you can head on over to Karli (I like the new button, by the way!) &/or Liz.

My five this week are five Christmas gifts that I got for Sunshine.
  1.  Adidas pants.  I had more thing to get her & she mentioned at her gymnastics meeting that she wanted a pair of these.  I got online & picked her up a pair ending my Christmas shopping for her.
  2.  Paper lanterns.  They were on sale one day at The Walmart & I couldn't resist getting them for her to hang in her bedroom.

  3.  A wax warmer & melts.  She has her bedroom upstairs & we don't allow candle burning up there were it cannot be watched.  Plus, with the mess a teenage girl makes, something is bound to catch on fire.  Anywho, so I got her this warmer and some melts that she can use to make things smell all nice & stuff.  :)

  4.  A Pink sweatshirt & matching socks.  I …

Thankful Thursday...

I am thankful...that I got my Christmas cards all out last Friday & that people have already been receiving them!  Now, it's my turn to receive some cards to hang on the front door.  I love receiving them & looking at all the smiling faces & reading the fun "family letters" especially from my aunt, Nellie.  :)

I am thankful...that I got to have a nice evening with my mom & her boyfriend last night.  I had to drop off Sunshine's Christmas gift & pick up her pet carrier so I could take all three cats to the vet this morning so she fed me one of my favorite meals that I never get to have at home - tuna casserole.  & then when I got home, Jill was on her way over so I chatted with her, helped Sunshine with her outfit for tomorrow (she has to dress up as the gymnastics team has a meet this weekend) & then to bed to read & such.

I am thankful...for this coloring book that I got Trouble as part of her Christmas present.  I looked through it yes…

Friday Five...

Why, hello, everyone.  'Tis that day of the week when we all pick five things to talk about.  So, if you would like to linkup you can head on over to Karli &/or April.

My five this week is ways to stay warm when it's frickin' freezin' in Central Wisconsin.

  1.  Drinking warm beverages - coffee, cocoa, tea.  Add some Rum Chata or Baileys for a lil extra warmth.

  2.  Set yourself on fire...or sit really close to a fire &/or space heater.

  3.  Take a long hot bath maybe enjoy your warm beverage as like Olaf is doing.

  4.  Bundle up like Randy does in A Christmas Story - "I can't put my arms down!"

  5.  Just stay in your nice warm bed snuggled up with your cats & a good book or Netflix.
