Tuesday Talk...

Gee, what do I want to talk about today?  I don't know.  Maybe I'll go with reflecting on the year known as 2015.  Here are some of my favorite pictures from the year:

Getting ready to jump into the freezing Wisconsin River in January.  Brrr.

Me & my "big bro", Greg, at the work Christmas party.

Chandler hangin' out in my Thirty-One tote.

A trip to see my sister & she left me these "feel better" goodies in my room.  :)

Trying Ice Box wine at Cold Country with there fine folks.
That wine was SO dang good!

My hubby on his 39th birthday.  The big 4-0 in March!  Eeek!  :)

Watching the Badgers beat Kentucky in basketball to be in the Final Four!

I made this sign for my friend, Christa, who battled breast cancer earlier in the year.
She is one of the coolest people you would meet so she deserved this BIG time.

Me & the hubby at Northern Invasion.

A view of my happy place.  :)

Jill & I after a friend's wedding.

Me & my boy, Sam Tolleson.

"Z" outside Lambeau Field to see Brett Favre.

Sunshine's dance performance after her
summer intensive dance program.

Giving the gift of good music as my cousin's birthday gift.

Jennifer & I before heading out for her bachelorette party.

The hubby & I outside the Cowboy stadium
during our trip to Dallas.

Sticking with the Dallas theme -
the hubby trying to be a cowboy.  :)

Me & the hubby in Chicago in celebration of our anniversary.

My favorite picture from Jennifer's wedding -
"Z" & I.  What a goof...I love him.

Hanging out at Sun Drop with the cousins.

Paul & I dressed up for Halloween.

Two of the three kitties hanging out with me
when I was feeling low.  They love me.

Sunshine's 2015 collage.
I've been making these for Paul for the last couple of Christmases.

  1. So many great memories from the year! That sunset is stunning and I love your Halloween costumes! It's fun to look back and reflect isn't it? I always realize I did a lot more than I thought I did each year.

    1. Oh, I know! There were a couple of months that I had a hard time just picking out two pictures cuz we did SO much. Plus, there are pictures of my nieces & nephew that I don't post on the blog that I SO wish I could have cuz they are so dang adorable...but that would have made it more difficult. :)

  2. What a great year! One of my favorite parts of this week is looking back at all the memories of the year!

    1. It's really crazy looking back at all the fun things that I got to do this past year & the memories made. Love it!

  3. Sharing a great year with many here on Tuesday Talk. Appreciate that you did. Now we are heading toward another year so get that camera out and begin again. Happy New Year!

    1. I've already started my January photo file. Ha! Bring on 2016! :)

Happy 34th Birthday To Me...

Since tomorrow is my 34th birthday, I decided in celebration of it, I should list 34 facts about me.  So, here we go:

1.  For lunch today, I had a Big Grab bag of Funyuns, a bottle of Dew & some mini-Snickers.  I'm all about my health today, it seems.  :|

2.  I bought my first pair of leggings today since I was about 12.  They are for working out & they were on clearance.

3.  Speaking of leggings, I so badly want the tattoo version of them.  You know how the complete coverage of the arm in tattoos is called a "sleeve", I started calling the complete coverage of the leg in tattoos a "legging".  Ha!

4.  I've seen every episode of Friends at least ten times.  Paul will turn it on when it's on TV & test me on what episode it is...I'm rarely wrong.

5.  I really, really, really want to go back to Vegas real soon.  I'm almost half-tempted to ask Paul if we can go there for our second anniversary.

6.  I pretty much have tiny panic attacks on a da…

Friday Five...

Why, hello, everyone.  'Tis that day of the week when we all pick five things to talk about.  So, if you would like to linkup you can head on over toApril to do so.  :) My five this week are things I am most excited about in the new Fantastic Beasts movie.  In case you didn't see the preview of it, here is one & this is one that I did not see until today:

  1.  Seeing more of Johnny Depp as Grindelwald.  Now, if you are new to these parts, I have been "forced" to be a fan of Johnny Depp as my mom is in love with him & told me that he's my dad.  Ha!  So, whenever I see him I always say to myself "hi, Dad!"  Ha!  Plus, it helps that he's an amazing actor.  I am so excited to see how he plays this character, I know that it will be fantastic!

  2.  Jacob Kowalski.  Oh my gosh, do I love this character!  Dan Fogler plays him so wonderfully.  He is just so likable &a…
