Hooray, It's Opening Day...

It's Opening Day for my Milwaukee Brewers!  Awhoo hoo!  While the last couple of seasons have been rough around these parts, it has to get better at some point & why not it be this year?!  Wishful thinking, maybe but I'll be cheering for my Brew Crew.

I spent my weekend dressed in my Brewers' attire getting ready for the season to begin.  However, the game will be played while I am at work.  Boo!  But believe me, I'll be checkin' the score!

  1. You really did go all out! How fun!!

    1. Oh yea & that's not showing off my Brewer tattoo. ;)

  2. My mom and I used to try to go to Opening Day games together to see the Astros. I will always cherish that time with her.

    1. Awww, that sounds awesome. I've never been to an Opening Day game but maybe I should do it next year.

  3. Love those socks, need to see if I can find some Red Sox ones!

    1. You know, I do believe that I picked 'em up at my local Walmart. I love the argyle print. :)

  4. I love that you go all out!! YAY for opening day (week)!

    1. For my Brewers, I do go all out. :)

  5. Love those socks! Happy baseball season! Thanks for linking up!

    1. They are probably some of my favorite socks. I love argyle & the Brewers so they were thrown in the cart without even looking at the price tag. Ha!

Happy 34th Birthday To Me...

Since tomorrow is my 34th birthday, I decided in celebration of it, I should list 34 facts about me.  So, here we go:

1.  For lunch today, I had a Big Grab bag of Funyuns, a bottle of Dew & some mini-Snickers.  I'm all about my health today, it seems.  :|

2.  I bought my first pair of leggings today since I was about 12.  They are for working out & they were on clearance.

3.  Speaking of leggings, I so badly want the tattoo version of them.  You know how the complete coverage of the arm in tattoos is called a "sleeve", I started calling the complete coverage of the leg in tattoos a "legging".  Ha!

4.  I've seen every episode of Friends at least ten times.  Paul will turn it on when it's on TV & test me on what episode it is...I'm rarely wrong.

5.  I really, really, really want to go back to Vegas real soon.  I'm almost half-tempted to ask Paul if we can go there for our second anniversary.

6.  I pretty much have tiny panic attacks on a da…

Weekending/Musical Monday…

I've decided to start linking up with Biana on reporting on activities of the weekend.  If you would like to join, hit her up!
So, on to my weekend...
Friday - the husband & I went out to dinner and for drinks with our friends, Ben & Christa.  & then headed back to our house for some games.  A nice quiet evening with some great people.
Saturday - my cousin, Jennifer, & I decided to take a last minute trip to Appleton for some shopping & such.  We had her youngest with her & he was perfect!  We had so much fun & while at Scheels, I educated him about Bucky Badger because he kept going over to the Wisconsin Badger stuff & by the end of our trip in that store, he was calling out "Bucky!"  My heart could not be prouder.

When we got back into town, Paul & I went out for a couple glasses of wine & then headed back home to relax & watch Baby Driver.  You can read my review here.

Sunday - typical Sunday, spent the morning hanging out in be…
