I know that I have been pretty absent here lately but life is just SO crazy right now - at work & at home.  However, I knew that I had to do this linkup & if I didn't I wouldn't be included on the email reminder.  Ha, ha!  So, if you wanna join, hit up Anne or this month's guest host, Dana.  :)

Hearting...I am "hearting" that this weekend Paul & I are gonna go camping with our friends, Ben & Christa.  They are such fun people.  Plus, due to the fact that we'll pretty much just sit around the picnic table playing Cards Against Humanity, Paul said that I could order two expansion packs & a case!  Awhoo hoo!

Watching...the only thing that I've really been watching lately is The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.  I don't really have time to watch anything else but I do want to check out Strange Things on Netflix & get caught up on Chelsea.  Someday, someday...

Exploring...with the help of Pokemon Go (yes, I am one of those freaks), I've been exploring a little bit more.  My friend, Christa, told me about this structure park & we need to hit up to not only check out the structures but to hit up the Poke Stops.  Ha, ha!

Creating...tomorrow I will be creating as I'll be attending & holding my first Wine & Painting party.  I am pretty excited to see what it's all about as I've seen so many others doing it.  I just hope that my painting turns out.  :)

Eating...I just got done shoveling down some original Pringles & a fun-sized Butterfinger.  Lately, Pringles have been my jam!  I bought a big ol' variety box to enjoy as my afternoon snack at work.  Not the healthiest choice but delicious all the same.

  1. A wine & painting party sounds great! My girlfriends and I did a cheesecake & coloring (and wine!) party last week and we had lots of fun. Thanks for linking up!

    1. Cheesecake, coloring & wine - I'm in! That sounds awesome! :)

  2. Why are Pringles so wonderful? There is nothing magical about them...but they are addictive mofos!

    1. They are! I prefer the original ones but the cheddar ones aren't bad. My hubby likes the dill pickle ones...I have yet to try those.

  3. I do pokemon sometimes - I like how it shows you special places near where you are! The painting party should be fun - I did one recently that was great.

    1. It's so much fun to see all the people gathered around the Poke Stops & actually checking our communities & parks out. :)

  4. So I couldn't get in to Stranger Things but so many people like it. You don't even want to know how many butterfingers I have consumed lately. It has been my top craving as of last week! I think I need to go get more today now. This is all your fault. Hahaha

    1. Oh oh, sorry. Baby likes Butterfingers & if I could, I would totally hand you one right now for you & your babe. :)

Friday Five...

Why, hello, everyone.  'Tis that day of the week when we all pick five things to talk about.  So, if you would like to linkup you can head on over to Karli (I like the new button, by the way!) &/or Liz.

My five this week are five Christmas gifts that I got for Sunshine.
  1.  Adidas pants.  I had more thing to get her & she mentioned at her gymnastics meeting that she wanted a pair of these.  I got online & picked her up a pair ending my Christmas shopping for her.
  2.  Paper lanterns.  They were on sale one day at The Walmart & I couldn't resist getting them for her to hang in her bedroom.

  3.  A wax warmer & melts.  She has her bedroom upstairs & we don't allow candle burning up there were it cannot be watched.  Plus, with the mess a teenage girl makes, something is bound to catch on fire.  Anywho, so I got her this warmer and some melts that she can use to make things smell all nice & stuff.  :)

  4.  A Pink sweatshirt & matching socks.  I …

Thankful Thursday...

I am thankful...that I got my Christmas cards all out last Friday & that people have already been receiving them!  Now, it's my turn to receive some cards to hang on the front door.  I love receiving them & looking at all the smiling faces & reading the fun "family letters" especially from my aunt, Nellie.  :)

I am thankful...that I got to have a nice evening with my mom & her boyfriend last night.  I had to drop off Sunshine's Christmas gift & pick up her pet carrier so I could take all three cats to the vet this morning so she fed me one of my favorite meals that I never get to have at home - tuna casserole.  & then when I got home, Jill was on her way over so I chatted with her, helped Sunshine with her outfit for tomorrow (she has to dress up as the gymnastics team has a meet this weekend) & then to bed to read & such.

I am thankful...for this coloring book that I got Trouble as part of her Christmas present.  I looked through it yes…

Friday Five...

Why, hello, everyone.  'Tis that day of the week when we all pick five things to talk about.  So, if you would like to linkup you can head on over to Karli &/or April.

My five this week is ways to stay warm when it's frickin' freezin' in Central Wisconsin.

  1.  Drinking warm beverages - coffee, cocoa, tea.  Add some Rum Chata or Baileys for a lil extra warmth.

  2.  Set yourself on fire...or sit really close to a fire &/or space heater.

  3.  Take a long hot bath maybe enjoy your warm beverage as like Olaf is doing.

  4.  Bundle up like Randy does in A Christmas Story - "I can't put my arms down!"

  5.  Just stay in your nice warm bed snuggled up with your cats & a good book or Netflix.
