Thankful Thursday...

I haven't done one of these in a long time so I figured that it was about time that one gets done & I remind myself to be grateful.

I am thankful...for runs to the cheese factory during lunch as I know that I'll be coming back with goodies to not only bring home but some to for myself & my co-workers to enjoy as an afternoon snack.  This trip, I even got beef sticks!  :)

I am thankful...that I don't have to deal with Trouble & all her crap on a daily basis.  My cousin, Jennifer, had to remind me of that when I went on a rant.  Typically, I'm the "voice of reason" for Jennifer but today, she was mine & that is another thing to be thankful for.  <--  TWOFER!!!!

I am thankful...for fun-size Simply Caramel Milky Ways.  They are SO delicious & I love them but my damn sensitive teeth can hardly stand a fun-sized bar without hurting.  So, I can have a small taste, at least.

I am thankful...that school is starting back up four weeks!  Awhoo hoo!  Back to normalcy!  I can go back to planning suppers as I know when Sunshine will be home (in the summer it's hard with her flying off to friend's).  Sunshine will be kept REAL busy.  We don't let her get real bored in the summer as we have her in gymnastics but with school comes schoolwork, gymnastics & dance.  No time to get in trouble!  Ha!

What are some things that YOU are
thankful for on this Thursday?

Happy 34th Birthday To Me...

Since tomorrow is my 34th birthday, I decided in celebration of it, I should list 34 facts about me.  So, here we go:

1.  For lunch today, I had a Big Grab bag of Funyuns, a bottle of Dew & some mini-Snickers.  I'm all about my health today, it seems.  :|

2.  I bought my first pair of leggings today since I was about 12.  They are for working out & they were on clearance.

3.  Speaking of leggings, I so badly want the tattoo version of them.  You know how the complete coverage of the arm in tattoos is called a "sleeve", I started calling the complete coverage of the leg in tattoos a "legging".  Ha!

4.  I've seen every episode of Friends at least ten times.  Paul will turn it on when it's on TV & test me on what episode it is...I'm rarely wrong.

5.  I really, really, really want to go back to Vegas real soon.  I'm almost half-tempted to ask Paul if we can go there for our second anniversary.

6.  I pretty much have tiny panic attacks on a da…

Friday Five...

Why, hello, everyone.  'Tis that day of the week when we all pick five things to talk about.  So, if you would like to linkup you can head on over toApril to do so.  :) My five this week are things I am most excited about in the new Fantastic Beasts movie.  In case you didn't see the preview of it, here is one & this is one that I did not see until today:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  1.  Seeing more of Johnny Depp as Grindelwald.  Now, if you are new to these parts, I have been "forced" to be a fan of Johnny Depp as my mom is in love with him & told me that he's my dad.  Ha!  So, whenever I see him I always say to myself "hi, Dad!"  Ha!  Plus, it helps that he's an amazing actor.  I am so excited to see how he plays this character, I know that it will be fantastic!

  2.  Jacob Kowalski.  Oh my gosh, do I love this character!  Dan Fogler plays him so wonderfully.  He is just so likable &a…
