Musical Monday / Weekend Update...

Musical Monday:  The Hideous Exhibitions of a Dedicated Gore Whore by Rob Zombie.  Have I mentioned before that I love Rob Zombie?  If not, I love him...his music anyway.  His movies are a lil too out there for me & his latest one - 31 - with psycho clowns in it, don't think so!  Eeek!

  Weekend Update:

Friday - I was pretty crabby after work so I took the trip to Stevens Point - which is becoming more & more of a happy place for me -  to get some Starbucks & visit the Co-op.  I was on the search for Thieves essential oil but they didn't have any so I bought Jasmine.

Then I got home so Paul & I could head out to the casino for some gambling & supper.  The best thing about being out there, I got a Chocolate Covered Cherry - hot cocoa, with almond liqueur, grenadine & whipped cream.  Delish!

Saturday - I got up & had a message from my youngest brother asking if I could cut his hair.  So, I did his hair & then my other brother came over as well for a cut.  Then I spent the rest of the day with Jill & the kids.  By the end of the night, we really needed some wine & Bad Moms & that's just what we did.

Sunday - I was up early & got on top of doing my Sunday chores, making chicken noodle soup & turtles for my grandfather.

*see if you can spot my oops turtle in this picture...

Then it was time to settle in for the Packer game.  My brother, Dalton, came over at halftime to enjoy some soup & the rest of the game with us.  They won & will be headed to Dallas this coming weekend to take on the Cowboys!  Eeek!

Then I took a shower, talked with Trouble on the phone for a bit, did my nails, watched some Chelsea & then went to bed to read & such.  :)

Happy 34th Birthday To Me...

Since tomorrow is my 34th birthday, I decided in celebration of it, I should list 34 facts about me.  So, here we go:

1.  For lunch today, I had a Big Grab bag of Funyuns, a bottle of Dew & some mini-Snickers.  I'm all about my health today, it seems.  :|

2.  I bought my first pair of leggings today since I was about 12.  They are for working out & they were on clearance.

3.  Speaking of leggings, I so badly want the tattoo version of them.  You know how the complete coverage of the arm in tattoos is called a "sleeve", I started calling the complete coverage of the leg in tattoos a "legging".  Ha!

4.  I've seen every episode of Friends at least ten times.  Paul will turn it on when it's on TV & test me on what episode it is...I'm rarely wrong.

5.  I really, really, really want to go back to Vegas real soon.  I'm almost half-tempted to ask Paul if we can go there for our second anniversary.

6.  I pretty much have tiny panic attacks on a da…

Friday Five...

Why, hello, everyone.  'Tis that day of the week when we all pick five things to talk about.  So, if you would like to linkup you can head on over toApril to do so.  :) My five this week are things I am most excited about in the new Fantastic Beasts movie.  In case you didn't see the preview of it, here is one & this is one that I did not see until today:

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  1.  Seeing more of Johnny Depp as Grindelwald.  Now, if you are new to these parts, I have been "forced" to be a fan of Johnny Depp as my mom is in love with him & told me that he's my dad.  Ha!  So, whenever I see him I always say to myself "hi, Dad!"  Ha!  Plus, it helps that he's an amazing actor.  I am so excited to see how he plays this character, I know that it will be fantastic!

  2.  Jacob Kowalski.  Oh my gosh, do I love this character!  Dan Fogler plays him so wonderfully.  He is just so likable &a…
