#Blogtober: Lottery / Dream Job...

Yup, gotta get into this link-up for sure!  I am a day late but I thought I would clump them together so I can get myself caught up.

If I won the lottery I would...

      - Quit my current job & start a little used bookstore with a coffee shop.
      - I would do some traveling - mostly US but would love to get to Liverpool & Sydney.
      - Put some money aside for Trouble, Sunshine, K, C & D for college.
      - Pay off bills.
      - Finally get my dream car - Camaro.

  Dream job...

When I was younger, I always wanted to be an elementary school music teacher.  Those poor kids would have The Beatles just rammed down their throats.  Tee hee!  But now, as stated above, I would love to own a little bookstore & coffee shop.  Think Barnes & Noble / Starbucks but with a small, local, hometown feel.  Wouldn't that be wonderful?  With some awesome hidden gem music playing softly.  How could anyone be upset with a job like that?!  I know that I wouldn't be.  I would be too busy sniffing books (yes, I'm one of those people) & smelling the coffee.  Ahhh, paradise.  Ha!

  1. Your dream job sounds amazing... Will you be looking for staff? ;)

Happy 34th Birthday To Me...

Since tomorrow is my 34th birthday, I decided in celebration of it, I should list 34 facts about me.  So, here we go:

1.  For lunch today, I had a Big Grab bag of Funyuns, a bottle of Dew & some mini-Snickers.  I'm all about my health today, it seems.  :|

2.  I bought my first pair of leggings today since I was about 12.  They are for working out & they were on clearance.

3.  Speaking of leggings, I so badly want the tattoo version of them.  You know how the complete coverage of the arm in tattoos is called a "sleeve", I started calling the complete coverage of the leg in tattoos a "legging".  Ha!

4.  I've seen every episode of Friends at least ten times.  Paul will turn it on when it's on TV & test me on what episode it is...I'm rarely wrong.

5.  I really, really, really want to go back to Vegas real soon.  I'm almost half-tempted to ask Paul if we can go there for our second anniversary.

6.  I pretty much have tiny panic attacks on a da…

Weekending/Musical Monday…

I've decided to start linking up with Biana on reporting on activities of the weekend.  If you would like to join, hit her up!
So, on to my weekend...
Friday - the husband & I went out to dinner and for drinks with our friends, Ben & Christa.  & then headed back to our house for some games.  A nice quiet evening with some great people.
Saturday - my cousin, Jennifer, & I decided to take a last minute trip to Appleton for some shopping & such.  We had her youngest with her & he was perfect!  We had so much fun & while at Scheels, I educated him about Bucky Badger because he kept going over to the Wisconsin Badger stuff & by the end of our trip in that store, he was calling out "Bucky!"  My heart could not be prouder.

When we got back into town, Paul & I went out for a couple glasses of wine & then headed back home to relax & watch Baby Driver.  You can read my review here.

Sunday - typical Sunday, spent the morning hanging out in be…
