Thankful Thursday...

I'm thankful...that after my eyebrow appointment, I can go home & just sit in front of the TV with no interruptions.  I'm not sure if I'm gonna grab something to eat - maybe some tacos - or eat my Star Wars shaped Mac & Cheese.  Oh, choices, choices.  Tee hee!

This makes me want to watch 30 Rock!  Ha!

I'm thankful...for special shaped Mac & Cheese.  I don't like the original Kraft M&C, it has to be the shaped noodles - Star Wars, Spongebob, TMNT, etc.  I don't know what it is but it's different.  Some people agree with that, some think I'm crazy.  What do you think?

I got the Darth Vader box but if I would have seen Yoda,
I would have grabbed that box!  Tee hee!

I'm thankful...I guess for Mac & Cheese.  I might as well just keep this cheesy train going, right?  I love it at Noodles & Company, at Panera Bread, at Olive Garden (which I just tried a few weeks ago), my homemade stuff  - I love Mac & Cheese & I'll scream from the roof tops.

What are YOU thankful for on this Thursday afternoon?

  1. OHHH kraft mac and cheese... I have not had that in SO LONG. Now I'm stuck with lean cuisine mac and cheese because I'm TRYING to diet but I mean, heck with it, I want some kraft! Also, I need to get my eyebrows done and you have reminded me so thank you.

    1. I never even had my mac & cheese. Sigh. I ended up getting Culver's that night instead. But it's still in the cabinet just waiting for me. :)

Happy 34th Birthday To Me...

Since tomorrow is my 34th birthday, I decided in celebration of it, I should list 34 facts about me.  So, here we go:

1.  For lunch today, I had a Big Grab bag of Funyuns, a bottle of Dew & some mini-Snickers.  I'm all about my health today, it seems.  :|

2.  I bought my first pair of leggings today since I was about 12.  They are for working out & they were on clearance.

3.  Speaking of leggings, I so badly want the tattoo version of them.  You know how the complete coverage of the arm in tattoos is called a "sleeve", I started calling the complete coverage of the leg in tattoos a "legging".  Ha!

4.  I've seen every episode of Friends at least ten times.  Paul will turn it on when it's on TV & test me on what episode it is...I'm rarely wrong.

5.  I really, really, really want to go back to Vegas real soon.  I'm almost half-tempted to ask Paul if we can go there for our second anniversary.

6.  I pretty much have tiny panic attacks on a da…

Words of Wisdom Wednesday...

True frickin' dat!  The old phrase "think before you speak" comes to mind.  I know that sometimes emotions get the best of us & we don't think things through before we let words leave our lips.  Sometimes those words can be hurtful, embarrassing or lovable.  Lovable doesn't seem to be one that comes to mind, I'm sure, but I remember the first time that Goose told me that he loved me.  He didn't think it through & those three lil words came flying outta his mouth at a birthday party in an old friend's living room.  I could not believe it but those words were already out in the universe.

I doubt that Goose would change anything now but at the time, it scared him to say those words & he probably would have thought it through a little better but, in that case, I'm glad that he didn't.

However, I'm really trying to get the girls to think before they speak & I tell them that once words leave their lips, they may have it off thei…
