Big Bad Wolf by In This Moment
Happy Monday, yall! Does the still frame kinda freak out for my video? It freaks me out! Tee hee! I kinda feel like a big bad wolf right now but we're not gonna talk about that right now, what we're gonna talk about is my weekend. It was a pretty decent weekend, I think.
I started it out on Friday with dropping Sunshine off with her mother & then some shopping, dinner & a stop at the martini bar with Jill. I was so happy to use $40 in rewards money at Pink & got myself a Badger sweatshirt for $25. Awhoo hoo! Best thing ever! Then dinner at Olive Garden, which is always delish. & then off to the martini bar which had moved to a new building. It was crazy cuz it looked exactly the same except it was bigger. & right away, the bartender knew we were there for pumpkin spice martinis.
But our friend, Stacy, told me that after the marching band puts on the 5th Quarter Show, they head out of the stadium to do a little performance in the back. What?! How did I not know about this before?! So, of course, we headed back there to check it out & it was awesome as I was able to get up close & personal. :)
After we watched the band, we went out to eat at a supper club called Fitzgerald's which was pretty tasty & then headed home to pickup Avengers: Age of Ultron & watched that before passing out.
Yesterday, I went with Jill & the kids to pick out some pumpkins, then home to do chores & watch the Packers beat up on the 49ers, at least they can win! Then I tried to do some catch up on Fear the Walking Dead but didn't get around to watching the episode last night. Later this week, hopefully.
& that was my weekend. How was yours? :)

We finally left the martini bar at about 10:00 for our hour drive home. We each had one & spent most of the time just chit-chatting. It was a fabulous night with one of my besties.
Saturday, Paul & I were on the road to Madison by 7:30 for the Badger game. We parked a couple of blocks from the stadium, hit up a bar or two (where I drank Pepsi) & then headed back to the stadium. I wish the game would have been better, I hate going to losing Badger games. They make me sad.

Awesome! I'm dying to get to a college football game this season, but I'm not sure we're going to be able to make it back. Love this!
ReplyDeleteI held my head in shame for a lot of the second half but besides going out on that field & having a conversation with our quarterback about moving around a lil bit, there was nothing I could do. :(
