The Blog-tember Challenge: Day Nine / Friday Five...

Yup, I'm combining things again.  Why not, right?!

I love these prompts & I thank you so much Bailey for doing these for the month.  If you would like to join the fun, head on over to Love Bailey Jean to linkup & such for The Blog-tember Challenge & then if you want to linkup on the Friday goodies, hit up Karli &/or Liz.

Today’s prompt:  if you could go anywhere in the world, where would it be?  Why?

Since I'm doing Friday Five at the same time, I'm gonna do FIVE places I'd like to visit.

Here we go!

    1.  Cabo San Lucas.  Look at that picture, that's why I want to go there!  Beautiful & warm, just the way this girl likes it!  :)

    2.  Liverpool.  The hometown of The Beatles.  Plus, I'm kinda scared to go some place that doesn't speak English so...yea...

    3.  New York City.  The city that doesn't sleep, where there is always something to do.  I'm game.  Broadway shows, Jimmy Fallon - I want to go right now!

    4.  Los Angeles.  The place of the beautiful people.  I just really wanna see some famous people & walk on the path of stars.  :)

    5.  Las Vegas.  I've been to Vegas once before but I really, really, really want to go back especially while Britney is performing there.  I want to see her SO bad!

  1. I would love to go to NYC one day!!!

    1. My hubby doesn't want to go there so I may have to go with some girlfriends. :)

  2. These places all look amazing!! I'd hop on a plane to any of them right this minute!

  3. Cabo and NYC are both amazing!! I went on a Mexico cruise with girl friends about 5 years ago and we spent a day in Cabo and I did not want to leave! it was so dreamy! We got to kayak to Lover's Beach and then snorkel around there!

And NYC is so iconic! It's a fun place to explore and things will look familiar because of all the movies shot there!

    1. Oh, I'm so jealous right now! I will get to these places at some point, I just have to be patient, I guess. Ha!

  4. I want to go back to LA. I've been to NYC a ton of times! And I love Vegas!

    1. You are just the lil traveling queen, I love it...& I'm pretty jealous. Ha!

Happy 34th Birthday To Me...

Since tomorrow is my 34th birthday, I decided in celebration of it, I should list 34 facts about me.  So, here we go:

1.  For lunch today, I had a Big Grab bag of Funyuns, a bottle of Dew & some mini-Snickers.  I'm all about my health today, it seems.  :|

2.  I bought my first pair of leggings today since I was about 12.  They are for working out & they were on clearance.

3.  Speaking of leggings, I so badly want the tattoo version of them.  You know how the complete coverage of the arm in tattoos is called a "sleeve", I started calling the complete coverage of the leg in tattoos a "legging".  Ha!

4.  I've seen every episode of Friends at least ten times.  Paul will turn it on when it's on TV & test me on what episode it is...I'm rarely wrong.

5.  I really, really, really want to go back to Vegas real soon.  I'm almost half-tempted to ask Paul if we can go there for our second anniversary.

6.  I pretty much have tiny panic attacks on a da…

Weekending/Musical Monday…

I've decided to start linking up with Biana on reporting on activities of the weekend.  If you would like to join, hit her up!
So, on to my weekend...
Friday - the husband & I went out to dinner and for drinks with our friends, Ben & Christa.  & then headed back to our house for some games.  A nice quiet evening with some great people.
Saturday - my cousin, Jennifer, & I decided to take a last minute trip to Appleton for some shopping & such.  We had her youngest with her & he was perfect!  We had so much fun & while at Scheels, I educated him about Bucky Badger because he kept going over to the Wisconsin Badger stuff & by the end of our trip in that store, he was calling out "Bucky!"  My heart could not be prouder.

When we got back into town, Paul & I went out for a couple glasses of wine & then headed back home to relax & watch Baby Driver.  You can read my review here.

Sunday - typical Sunday, spent the morning hanging out in be…
