Little Letters...

I've seen this linkup on Crystal's blog & just loved the idea so I have now decided to join in on the fun.  So, what you need to do is just do some random lil thoughts to something or someone & then linkup with Kristin over at Taz and Belly.

Here are my Little Letters for the month of February:

Dear Bottom Screw (in my hip), please stop hurting me, the stingers are no fun at all!

Dear April, you cannot get here fast enough for me to venture back to Vegas.

Dear Kylo Ren, I just realized that I have you at home & at work but not in my car.  I will fix that.

Dear 4:00, I am excited to see you so I can be outta here for a couple of days.

Dear Space Heater, thank you for trying to keep me warm lately.

Dear Dollar Tree, I appreciate all the fun goodies you have for the Saran Wrap Ball.

Dear Starbucks, why is it that you always come out with something delicious - butterscotch frappe?

Dear Target, I am sorry for "destroying your bathroom" last night.

Dear Qdoba, I blame you for me destroying Target's bathroom last night.

Dear Husband, I will miss you when you are gone for work next week.

Dear Trouble, I really hope that you continue down the right path.

Dear Sunshine, I am excited for Mandie-Sunshine time while Dad is gone.

Happy 34th Birthday To Me...

Since tomorrow is my 34th birthday, I decided in celebration of it, I should list 34 facts about me.  So, here we go:

1.  For lunch today, I had a Big Grab bag of Funyuns, a bottle of Dew & some mini-Snickers.  I'm all about my health today, it seems.  :|

2.  I bought my first pair of leggings today since I was about 12.  They are for working out & they were on clearance.

3.  Speaking of leggings, I so badly want the tattoo version of them.  You know how the complete coverage of the arm in tattoos is called a "sleeve", I started calling the complete coverage of the leg in tattoos a "legging".  Ha!

4.  I've seen every episode of Friends at least ten times.  Paul will turn it on when it's on TV & test me on what episode it is...I'm rarely wrong.

5.  I really, really, really want to go back to Vegas real soon.  I'm almost half-tempted to ask Paul if we can go there for our second anniversary.

6.  I pretty much have tiny panic attacks on a da…

Words of Wisdom Wednesday...

True frickin' dat!  The old phrase "think before you speak" comes to mind.  I know that sometimes emotions get the best of us & we don't think things through before we let words leave our lips.  Sometimes those words can be hurtful, embarrassing or lovable.  Lovable doesn't seem to be one that comes to mind, I'm sure, but I remember the first time that Goose told me that he loved me.  He didn't think it through & those three lil words came flying outta his mouth at a birthday party in an old friend's living room.  I could not believe it but those words were already out in the universe.

I doubt that Goose would change anything now but at the time, it scared him to say those words & he probably would have thought it through a little better but, in that case, I'm glad that he didn't.

However, I'm really trying to get the girls to think before they speak & I tell them that once words leave their lips, they may have it off thei…
